You must reserve a time slot through the Signup Genius and complete both forms in order to receive the physical. Please see the school coaching staff, main office, or nurse for assistance with receiving the forms to get completed. This is an opportunity to be prepared for the upcoming sports seasons!

MARK YOUR CALENDAR! Flint Community Schools will be closed this Friday, May 23rd - Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day. School will resume on Tuesday, May 27th.

Thank you all who were able to make it out to the sports physicals, provided by Hamilton Health Network, at Southwestern last Thursday! We will be cancelling the sports physicals for tomorrow at Holmes and will be rescheduling them for later this month. If you are an athlete you will need a sports physical to participate next school year. Please look out for more details on the new date we will be holding more sports physicals at Holmes. Remember that after signing up for a time slot that there will be two documents that must be signed by a guardian in order to receive the physical.
