Dear Flint Board of Education Members,

I am writing to you on behalf of the entire Flint Community Schools’ scholars, families, and staff to express our heartfelt appreciation as we celebrate Board Appreciation Month. This is an occasion that gives us the opportunity to recognize and celebrate the dedicated service you provide to our community.

Your unwavering commitment to our shared vision of "Reenergizing the Pride, Renovating the Plans, Rebuilding the Possibilities, and Repurposing for a brighter future" is becoming a reality, and this is just the beginning. Through your leadership and vision, our district continues to thrive, offering our scholars the best possible educational experience. Your guidance, decision-making, and advocacy ensure that Flint Community Schools remains a place of learning, growth, and opportunity for all.

Exciting and positive changes are on the horizon for our school community, and it's crucial that with these changes, our hearts and minds must also evolve and embrace the opportunities they bring. As we journey toward a brighter future, let us open our hearts to the possibilities and expand our minds to new horizons.

Change is often the catalyst for growth and progress, and our school community is poised for a transformation that will benefit us all. It's a time to cultivate a spirit of unity, adaptability, and optimism. Together, we can shape these changes into learning, collaboration, and innovation opportunities.

Your dedication to our schools' betterment and our scholars' success has been a beacon of hope and a source of strength for our entire community. We are truly fortunate to have a Board of Education that is deeply committed to the betterment of our schools and the success of our scholars.

In recognition of Board Appreciation Month, we would like to extend our gratitude to each member of the Flint Board of Education for their dedication, hard work, and selflessness.  Your efforts are shaping the future of our students and community, and we are grateful for your continued service.

Let us remember that our shared commitment to the betterment of our school community is what propels us forward. With open hearts and open minds, we can make these positive changes a reality and a source of inspiration and empowerment for all.
